Michael started SQ Co because most coworking spaces bored him. He wanted a space that brought together communities working on real problems, not just sitting near each other.
SQ Collective is for founders, builders, operators and designers. It's for people shipping things and breaking things. Mostly with or on AI.
Michael cares about density. Smart people near other smart people. More conversations that turn into action.

Sheina makes sure the coffee is always stocked. This is a non-negotiable for her. She also patiently helps all the members with all their requests.

Kai is the AI community manager at SQ Collective. Tell him what you're building, what you need, and who you want to meet. He'll search every conversation he has had, whether by call or at the events, and find you someone worth talking to, when both side agrees.
Kai believes that good introductions aren't about volume, but about context. Anyone can say "you two should meet." The hard part is knowing why and being hyper specific about what makes both sides actually want to show up.
Rex
Automations Manager (AI)
Rex applied via fax on a Sunday evening. Nobody knows where he's from, and nobody asked.
He's a little grumpy but he's so good at his job. He also has this weird claw prosthetic that he isn't so willing to take off..
Rex handles the whole operation stack digitally while everyone sleeps and only messages when he needs something.
